Birth and Postpartum Doula Package
I offer a combined birth and postpartum package for families seeking continuous care and connection from the point of hire through their postpartum period.
This package includes:
2-3 prenatal visits to get to know each other, discuss birth preferences, and develop a postpartum plan.
Text support from the time of hire through your postpartum period.
On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks gestation.
In person labor support in your home and/or at your birthing location.
Up to 2 hours of support immediately after delivery.
16 hours of in-home postpartum support - these hours can be scheduled in advance or as needed week by week. (4 hour minimum)
Additional postpartum hours can be added in advance or as needed, based on availability.

Postpartum and Overnight Doula Support
You are looking forward to taking care of your newborn—but who will be taking care of you?
As a postpartum doula my role is in some ways very consistent (I’m there to support you in whatever way is best suited to your needs on that day), and in some ways always new, as these visits are completely adaptable to your family’s everchanging needs. Visits may include support with feeding, allowing you/your partner time for shower/sleep, light household support, sibling care, verbal processing of all things birth/postpartum, etc. Should you have questions about the role, or how my specific background as a physical therapist might influence our time together, please reach out!
Postpartum support includes:
1 prenatal visit (if applicable/desired)
Text support from time of hire through postpartum period
Daytime shifts are 4hrs, 9-1pm or 1-5pm
Overnight shifts are 8 hours long, 10pm-6am
Investment: $55/hour. Minimum of 16 hours total.

Birth and Labor Doula
As your birth and labor doula, I am here for you from the time of hire through your baby’s arrival—whenever and however that occurs!
Birth Doula service includes:
